The Transfer Center helps review applications in the summer and fall, according the the dates below. Please use the form on our calendar to submit your application for review.
You must file an application by the deadline to be considered for admission to a university. The CSU and UC campuses have a system-wide application that is submitted electronically. However, some campuses and majors require a specific supplemental application.

CA Privates and Out of State
While the Common App opens August 1st, each school individually decides when you can begin to apply to their campus. If a school isn't yet showing up on the Common App, check that school's specific website for their application cycle dates. Their application may not be showing on the Common App just yet, but it will if they use it. For example, Oregon State and University of Oregon typically release their application on the Common App after August 1st.
