COMPUTER SCIENCE TAG REQUIREMENTS 

Computer Science BA requirements:

• 2.8 GPA across all courses for major preparation
• Three of the five courses must be completed by the end of the fall term in the academic year preceding the planned fall term and year of transfer. 

Computer Science BS requirements:

• 3.0 GPA across all courses for major preparation
• Three of the five courses must be completed by the end of the fall term in the academic year preceding the planned fall term and year of transfer.

Note: There may be additional courses not required for a TAG or admissions that are recommended prior to transfer to ensure timely graduation. See the UCSC TAG Major Preparation Selection Criteria.
