TAG Criteria for Fall 2026 (Under Construction)
Six UC campuses offer guaranteed admission to California community college students who meet specific requirements. By participating in a Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) program, students can ensure their admission to a specific UC campus. Students can TAG to one UC campus and the application is due September 30. Begin filling out the UC Transfer Admission Planner your first semester at SRJC and it will make filling out the UC TAG and UC Admissions applications much easier!

Shared Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a fall 2025 TAG at any one of the six participating campuses, students must meet the following:
- Completed at least 30 semester UC-transferable units at the time of TAG submission (end of summer 2024)
- Complete at least 30 semester UC-transferable units at one or more CCC by spring 2025, and a CCC must be the last school of attendance in a regular session
- Complete 60 semester UC-transferable units (junior standing) by the end of spring 2025
- Complete at least one UC-E (English) and one UC-M (Math) by fall 2024
- Complete the remaining 7-course pattern by spring 2025
- No more than 19 UC-transferable units (semester) in spring 2025 to reach junior standing
- Must not exceed 80 semester total UC-transferable units, after applying lower-division limits (students with only CCC coursework and AP/IB/A level credits will not exceed this limit)
- Earn a 2.0 GPA in all UC-transferable coursework in the current fall/winter/spring terms with no grade lower than C
- Submit a TAG application through the UC Transfer Admission Planner (UC TAP) between September 1 and September 30, 2024
- Submit the UC application between October 1 and December 2, 2024, and the TAG major and application major for the TAG campus must match
- Submit a Transfer Academic Update (TAU) by January 31, 2025
- Meet all campus-specific TAG criteria outlined in the TAG Matrix above
