*BIOL 20L is not required for students who have completed BIOL 20A and BIOE 20B articulated equivalents at California Community Colleges.

If, prior to enrolling at UCSC, a student takes a course articulated to STAT C1000 (formerly MATH 15) or PSYC 9, they may petition to have the STAT7/STAT 7L requirement waived. However, once matriculated at UCSC, GCH students should take STAT7/STAT 7L.
